On August 14, the famous actor announced to his fans that he was reuniting with his Back to the Future co-stars on X (formerly Twitter) with a photo posted on his social media account. In the photo, Lloyd is the main protagonist of the legendary three-part movie, among other characters. Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson, and Thomas F. Wilson playing Marty McFly, Lorraine Baines-McFly (Marty’s mother) and Biff Tannen (the man who bullied Marty’s father, George) accompanies. Fox and Thompson are now 62, Wilson is 64, and Lloyd is 84.
In the caption of the photo, “Can we get 88 thousand likes? History says so…” As of this article, the post already has over 270,000 likes, 14,000 reposts, and almost 8 million views, so it’s fair to say that Lloyd’s wish has come true. The actors have reportedly reunited to support Back to the Future: The Musical, which premiered on Broadway on August 3.
