A 13-year-old boy has been charged with aggravated robbery after robbing a 36-year-old woman on the Near North Side on Wednesday, Chicago police said.
Police said the boy, whose name was not released because of his age, was arrested Wednesday night after he insinuated he had a gun to take a woman’s belongings in the 300 block of West Schiller Street.
Police officers responded to the incident and found the child 30 minutes later in the 300 block of West North Boulevard and detained him.
