After announcing that laser light shows to the music of rocker Tom Petty will be held at the planetarium in August, Triton College officials said the September shows will feature songs by pop megastar Taylor Swift.
Triton College Cernan Earth and Space Center presenting Laser Taylor Swift Cosmic light show on the five Saturdays of September. The 45-minute family-friendly show combines bright laser light, thousands of stars and digital effects, according to a university news release.
“There was a gap in our program and long story short, we knew very well which artist to fill this gap with. As August passes and this brutal summer draws to a close, we are fascinated by gift giving. Laser Taylor Swift” Officials stated in the statement.
“It’s been a long time, but September nights seem like the perfect nights to dress up as if you’re on the Eras Tour again. Make friendship bracelets, put on your best dress and get ready to experience your favorite songs in a whole new way.
College officials in River Grove noted in a statement that Taylor Swift is one of the biggest pop stars on the planet and referred to her as “an inspiration for generations.”
As part of the light screen, Laser Taylor Swift waiting to bring their greatest hits to life in dazzling laser light. The “Shake It Off” music icon performed her Eras Tour from June 2 to June 4 at Soldier Field in Chicago.
Triton officials said, “If you can’t get tickets to your concert, Laser Taylor Swift the next best thing.”
