Illinois voters will go to the polls again on March 19 for the state primary; Candidates will appear on the ballot for presidential, Congressional, Illinois General Assembly, Illinois Supreme Court and local races.
The Tribune editorial board continues its decades-long tradition of supporting political candidates on the Illinois ballot. More support will be available in local, state and federal races in the coming days. Before election day, we will also be offering our “sheet ballot paper” which will allow voters to take our endorsements with them to the voting booth.
Below are the Chicago Tribune Editorial Board’s endorsements for the 2024 primaries. This list will be updated as confirmations are released.
