Hadden said he would meet with police Chief Larry Snelling and nearby city council members on Wednesday and noted that Tuesday’s fatal shooting was the second in Rogers Park in the past month. 7340 N. Both shoots took place on unseasonably warm days. Hadden said one goal of the meeting will be to plan for the summer months, when violence typically increases.
