The Chicago-based music artist known as Noname will begin his first tour in Chicago this fall, according to Tuesday’s announcement.
The tour followed the release of the already critically acclaimed album “Sundial”. The Sundial Tour will begin on October 11 at the Riviera Theater and tickets will be available on August 25 at 10:00 AM; more about him @nonamehiding Instagram page.
Rapper-born Fatimah Nyeema Warner grew up in the Bronzeville neighborhood and had her first performance success as a slam poet at Chicago’s Louder Than a Bomb competition. She contributed the track “Lost” to Chance the Rapper’s “Acid Rap” mixtape in 2013. “Sundial” follows “Room 25” of 2018 and the 2016 mixtape “Telefone”. The 22-day tour ends in Portland, Oregon.
