Joshua Horn-Brown, 30, was also charged as a habitual armed offender. Brown was arrested Monday after he was identified as the person who robbed a 22-year-old woman at gunpoint on Jan. 10 at a business in the 1400 block of West Morse Boulevard.

Brown is also connected to the armed robbery of a 56-year-old man on Jan. 31 in the 6500 block of North Clark Street, police said.

He is scheduled to appear at a detention hearing on Tuesday.
