A 23-year-old man has been charged with armed robbery in connection with a December spree in which four victims were robbed on the Northwest Side, Chicago police said.
Anthony Wilson, of the 3500 block of West North Boulevard, was charged with four counts of robbery with a firearm after he was determined to be the person brandishing a firearm and taking money from two women, ages 23 and 48.
The robberies occurred shortly after 6 p.m. on Dec. 30 in the 3200 block of West Lawrence Avenue. He was also charged with two robberies that occurred less than two hours later in the 5600 block of South Ridge Boulevard.
Wilson was scheduled to attend a detention hearing Friday.
