Christ Temple Church of Christ: 4201 Washington St. — Temple Church of Christ will celebrate its 99th church anniversary starting at 11 a.m. March 10. The theme of the event is More About Jesus in 2024. For more information about the celebration, call 219-884-1837.

Marquette Park United Methodist Church: 215 N. Grand Boulevard. — All are invited to worship at 11:15 a.m. Sunday at Marquette Park United Methodist Church. There will be refreshments in the Fellowship Hall afterward.

St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church: 2300 Grant St. —St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate its 108th church anniversary this month with services and celebrations. During the 11 a.m. service on March 10, attendees are invited to wear church-appropriate attire that reflects their sports teams, high school and Greek life organizations. On 22 March the Rev. R. E. Bishop Noll Institute: 1519 Hoffman St. — Bishop Noll Institute will host a Lenten fish fry dinner on March 8, March 15 and March 22 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Meals include a starter, salad, bar, dessert and beverage. Prices for seafood dishes will start at $13, with a choice of sea bass, pollock, shrimp and mixed platters. Only the salad bar and kids meal option will be available for children ages 4-10. Community United Reformed Church: 8405 Alexander St. — To show your gratitude to neighbors and first responders, everyone is welcome for an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast at 7 a.m. on March 7. Activities for children will be organized at breakfast. For more information, call 219-365-9260.

Immanuel Presbyterian Church: 140 WUS 30 — There will be a Silver Zumba class on March 8 from 09:50 to 10:50. The exercise class is a dance fitness party designed for active older adults as well as fitness beginners. Call or text 219-916-6609 for more information.


CrossPointe Christian Church: 114 EUS 6 — Everyone is welcome at the CrossPointe Christian Church taco dinner and dessert auction to benefit HighPointe students. The dinner will start at 17.30 on March 3. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the Welcome Center.
